Client ideas are developed using industry-leading mold design and modeling software. This results in a detailed final tooling design, developed through a co-design process that involves close collaboration between our designers, the client, the molding company and other key figures in the production process to devise the optimal solution for every requirement.
Thanks to our laser scanning system, our technicians can work from a product prototype, leveraging sophisticated reverse-engineering software to create its CAD model. Crucially, these same capabilities allow us to perform repairs and modifications on existing tools even in the absence of CAD data.
Another key asset of our company is the environment where our designs and client ideas come to life: our workshop.
Within it, 8 cutting-edge 3 and 5 axis machining centers, operated and programmed by experienced technicians utilizing leading CAD-CAM software, produce the components for our products from a wide range of materials, including aluminum, steel, copper and their alloys, as well as various resins and plastics. Following this, our toolmakers assemble the equipment and rigorously test its functionality, with specific attention paid to hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and the smooth operation of all moving parts.
